Exercise Helps Momma And Baby!

I'm Jake From Chiropractic First and I love to take walks with my lovely wife, Zoë.

This one time a 15-minute stroll turned into like a three-hour walk on Main Street because it's good for the momma and the baby.

Studies have shown that 20 minutes of exercise a day for the mom is great for improving the HRV of the baby.

And so the HRV is the heart rate variability, which is highly impacted by the nervous system, which chiropractic is solely focused on.

So with this HRV score of the baby and the development of the nervous system, it's really important for moms, especially, and families once the baby's here to get out and to get moving, enjoy the sunshine, and get a little extra vitamin D and improve your heart rate variability.
