Sustainable Goals!

I'm Sure A Lot Of You All Had Big Goals To Get Healthy This Year and To Get Fit

And as we enter the second week of February, I'm sure that some motivation has started to decline.

So I just wanted to get on here and tell you that even something as easy as going for a 30-minute walk through your neighborhood, it's going to be enough.

It might even be more important, and the reason I say that is because having too high of goals, something that isn't going to be sustainable, like an hour-long, high-intensity workout, something like that is not going to be sustainable long-term.

So doing something that is going to be sustainable, like something easy, like a walk that you do every day, every day that you do it is a vote that you cast towards becoming a better, healthier version of yourself.

So something that's sustainable long-term is going to be by far more important than unattainable goals.
